Cancelation Policy:
Any registrations received after the registration deadline, “walk-ins” or “no shows” that are not canceled 48 hours prior to the event (by Tuesday, May 14 at 5:00PM) will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the HBASE for that reservation ($30/person).
2019 May Membership Meeting
Description
Join us at our May Membership Meeting which is Government Night. This is one of HBASE’s most well attended membership meetings of the year as it gives our members the chance to visit face to face with city officials on housing related topics that affect our industry on a day to day basis.
Agenda for the evening
Guest speaker during the program will be Bob Mundt, CEO of Sioux Falls Development Foundation.We'll also be presenting our 2019 Spring Parade of Homes Awards, recognizing our scholarship recipients and graduates of our carpentry apprenticeship program plus giving out membership awards.
Speaker Topic: Things You May Think Just Happen
Ever drive by a new building, read an article, hear of a new development or just be surprised at something new and say to yourself…I guess it just happened. Most things don’t just happen. Months and sometimes years of research and planning are behind most things we think just happen. That’s how organized growth of companies and communities takes place.
