Description
We are entering the 2017 construction season there are several existing and new requirements related to the installation of sidewalks and/or driveway approaches the City wants contractors need to be aware of. These include:
- Having the required permit, insurance, and bonding.
- Contacting the City to perform inspections.
- Constructing sidewalks to proper width and slopes.
- Constructing accessible curb ramps properly.
