Description

We are entering the 2017 construction season there are several existing and new requirements related to the installation of sidewalks and/or driveway approaches the City wants contractors need to be aware of. These include:

  1. Having the required permit, insurance, and bonding.
  2. Contacting the City to perform inspections.
  3. Constructing sidewalks to proper width and slopes.
  4. Constructing accessible curb ramps properly.
