Join your fellow members for an event full of golf, fun, socializing and prizes!
- Create your own team
- Space is limited to the first 144 golfers
- Corporate checks PAYABLE TO HBASE OR SEFAH accepted for registration
Schedule of Events
- Registration and driving range open at 8:00AM
- Shotgun starts at 9:30AM
Cost = $100/person ($400 per team)
- Includes registration, driving range balls, green fees, carts, meals, prizes & drink tickets
- Checks payable to HBASE or SEFAH (Mail to: 6904 Lyncrest Pl, Sioux Falls, SD 57108)
- Corporate checks are allowed
Deadline
- First come, first serve for the first 36 teams
- Registration form and payment must be to the HBASE office by June 9
Cancelations must be received by June 9 to receive refund. Proceeds benefit the Sioux Empire Friends of Affordable Housing (SEFAH), the HBASE's Political Action Committee.
