Registration & Social: Sioux Falls Convention Center (Meeting rooms 11-14) * Hockey tickets must be picked up at the registration table during the social.

Fees/Admission
Any cancelations after 5pm on Wed, Oct. 17 or any unused reservations ("no shows") will be charged $30 per reservation.
First 4 registrations from each member company are free if registered by October 10 (registration deadline). $30 per person after that.

Wednesday, October 10 (5:00PM)
Cancelation Policy:
Any registrations received after the registration deadline, “walk-ins” or “no shows” that are not canceled 48 hours prior to the event will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the HBASE for that reservation ($30/person).
Description
As a way to say THANK YOU for being a member, all HBASE members (including all co-workers and employees) are invited to a fun social followed by a Stampede game. Adults only please. Starting at 5:30pm, check in at the registration table in Meeting Rooms 11-14 in the Convention Center to get your Stampede tickets. Then stick around in that room for a social with a free keg (while it lasts), cash bar and complimentary appetizers. We'll all move next door at the Denny Sanford Premier Center for the Stampede game at 7:05pm.
