*Cancelation policy: Any registrations received after the registration deadline, “walk-ins” or “no shows” that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the event will be invoiced the equivalent to the expense taken upon the HBASE for that reservation ($10/person).

Annual HBASE Board election and social.
The official rules for participants...
- Only one chili and/or one dessert entry per person
- Must be ready to be served at 5:30PM. Set-up begins at 4:30PM
- Chili and desserts must be made from scratch – no mixes or pre-measured spices
- Entries must be prepared off-site and brought to the venue in a crock pot or roaster with your own extension cord and serving utensil
- Entrants are encouraged to name their chili and use a theme to decorate their station. Desserts will be displayed as a bunch.
- Chili fixin’s, chips, bowls, silverware and napkins will be provided by the HBASE
