Every person wants to feel successful, but the problem is that our definition of success is often based on just checking off boxes on the world's scorecard or is based on ideals that are always changing and/or impossible to reach. What if we defined success differently? And what if that definition actually gave both us and others life, joy, and purpose and created a life-giving work culture instead of the opposite? 
 

Tom Henderson is a man of faith, husband to Laura, and father to Isaiah and Chase. He is also the founder of RESGEN, the RESGEN Men’s Summit, and the RESGEN Giving Life Podcast. Since launching RESGEN in 2010, Tom has spoken to nearly half a million people at schools, businesses, conferences, and other events across the country. While speaking to crowds from a stage definitely brings Tom joy, he equally enjoys listening to people’s stories, talking with them about life, and sharing his love for Costco over coffee.
