Veldhouse Construction is a residential and commercial general contractor serving the Sioux Falls area. We specialize in custom homes and multi-family developments. Our attention to detail paired with high level carpentry and tile work set us apart. 

Julie Redlin joined our team in 2011, and she learned about the restoration process while earning her certification in Odor Control (OCT) as well as participating on job sites while asking all of the questions! Julie transitioned into the Business Development Associate position working with realtors, property managers, plumbers, insurance professionals, builders, and commercial accounts. Julie completed a 4 year service as a board member of the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association (SDMHA) and acted as Treasurer until December of 2022 and has accepted an Associate Board position with the the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE). She is active with the RASE, HBASE and SDMHA as a committee member focusing on many areas that help these associations. She is willing and able to ensure our customers receive the best possible service we can offer. Julie is also active with the Helpline Center to raise awareness and advocacy for Suicide Prevention.

James A. Dunham is the responsible broker of Jim Dunham & Associates, a diversified real estate company and has been in the real estate industry since 1987. In addition to brokering commercial, development and investment properties and opportunities, Jim supervises the activities of his real estate divisions. Jim holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a designation held by six percent of commercial brokers worldwide and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) designation, a designation held by less than two percent of commercial brokers worldwide.
